AES manages the removal and disposal of aboveground and underground storage tanks, including disposal of tank contents, disposal of the tank itself, and the installation of new tanks if necessary. AES is licensed by the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey for tank handling activities. Should environmental impact from the tanks or appurtenances be identified, AES is equipped and highly experienced to appropriately characterize the extent and magnitude of the release and develop and implement a closure plan aimed at cleaning up the site (as appropriate) and to obtain a release of liability for the incident from the regulatory agency.
