AES is well experienced with Pennsylvania's Land Recycling and Remediation Standards Act (Act 2), which exists in part to redevelop Brownfields properties. Our focus is to achieve site closure for our clients. Typically AES' efforts result in our client receiving a release of liability letter issued from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) - effectively bringing closure to the environmental situation.
